VOODOO BANDITS are a four-piece surf punk band with garage rock/pop sensibilities from The Isle of Man. The band describe their sound as ‘Blue skies riding on a skateboard’,  the perfect jam of fuzzy yet clear guitars, distinctive vocals and boisterous fast beats all coming together to make a feeling of optimism and carefree relief. The band take influence from the likes of Wavves ,Skegss and Blink 182 to make a sound that is unique as their geographical location.  Hailing from The Isle Of Man VOODOO BANDITS share their birthplace with none other than The Bee Gees.

VOODOO BANDITS are regulars on the UK’s live music scene, having performed in Glasgow, Edinburgh plus a sold out headline show in Manchester.  Previous singles ‘I’m a Loser’, ‘Chandler’ and ‘Nice T-shirt” earned the band early plays on BBCR1, BBC 6 Music, XS Manchester, Radio X, Amazing Radio USA + UK  with heavyweight radio support from Jack Saunders, Gemma Bradley, Steve Lamacq, Amy Lamé, John Kennedy, Dave Monks and many many more!  Speaking of the new single, singer Ben says, “‘Dave’s House’ is about growing up in suburbia where there is not much going on around you but having a friend with a cool house to hang out at. It’s a fictional portrayal of lyricist Ben’s personal experiences and was written with the intention to share those feelings of nostalgia with the listener who may have had similar experiences whilst growing up.”

VOODOO BANDITS are Ben Donaldson (Guitar & Vocals), Charlotte Wilby (Bass), and twin brothers Corey Vaughan (Lead Guitar) and Nathan Vaughan (Drums). ‘Dave’s House’ was produced by VOODOO BANDITS, mixed by Ben Donaldson and mastered by Two Zero Nine (Graeme Lynch).
